Group Workshops
James runs regular workshops throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland which you can join either individually or as a group.
Working with private companies and the NHS alike, James host a combination of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Breathing workshops. All classes are great for corporate events.
Mindfulness training is great for anyone who is experiencing, stress, depression, anxiety and other difficult emotions such as sadness, irritation, frustration
Experience the positive qualities of Mindfulness practice, which gradually become automatic responses with openness, patience, trust. letting go and becoming non-judgemental as well as developing a non-striving and accepting attitude.
James teaches mindfulness with the emphasis on learning through personal experience and not theory.
