Group Workshops

James runs regular workshops throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland which you can join either individually or as a group.

Working with private companies and the NHS alike, James host a combination of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Breathing workshops. All classes are great for corporate events.

  • Mindfulness training is great for anyone who is experiencing, stress, depression, anxiety and other difficult emotions such as sadness, irritation, frustration

  • Experience the positive qualities of Mindfulness practice, which gradually become automatic responses with openness, patience, trust. letting go and becoming non-judgemental as well as developing a non-striving and accepting attitude.

James teaches mindfulness with the emphasis on learning through personal experience and not theory.
